VENEZUELA: Chavez Ponders "Radical Response" To Protests.

BLOOMBERG/
President Hugo Chavez said that street violence from opposition protests that recently left two people dead and a dozen policemen injured may require him to order a “radical” response. A student-led opposition has staged street protests every day since Jan. 24th when a cable channel was blocked. The protests have been most violent in Merida where two people were shot and killed.
