President Hugo Chavez ordered troops to ferret-out businesses that have raised prices after a recent 100% currency devaluation. "I want the National Guard on the streets with the people to fight against speculation," Chavez said on his weekly TV show. "Publicly denounce the speculator and we will intervene in any business of any size."
