Croatia's President Stipe Mesic is threatening armed intervention to stop Serbian attempts at partitioning Bosnia as it prepares for elections. Meanwhile, Serbia's Prime Minister Milorad Dodik wants to keep Bosnia as ethnically divided as possible and regularly threatens to stage a direct vote on secession from Bosnia.
