Brasil's beef barons claim to be going green by reducing destruction of its rainforest for cattle grazing. Fred Pierce argues that neighboring Paraguay's traditional Yaguarete Indian lands are being flattened to raise cattle instead. In the province of Alto Paraguay, local estimates say 90% of the land is now controlled by Brazilian cattle ranchers
