President Cristina Kirchner, in a dedication ceremony, disasterously alluded to the nation's era of forced disappearances and torture when she uttered :" I’m no genius, I wish I was. If I was a genius I would have made several disappear as the (lamp) genie” said Cristina Kirchner, referring to her political targets.
