Incredibly, President Cristina Kirchner cancelled a trip to China saying that she does not trust leaving Vice-President Julio Cobos in charge during her absence, and accusing him of trying to “block” her decisions. Kirchner's trip was a long-planned visit to deepen business relations with China.
