VENEZUELA: Chavez Threatens Toyota Over Lack Of 4-Wheel Production.

President Hugo Chavez will investigate Toyota Motor because it refuses to make 4-wheel drive models widely used for public transport in Venezuela.
Chavez has threatened to impose a production quota for the vehicles. “We have to force them (Toyota) to, and if they don’t want to, they can leave,” said Chavez.
