Hundreds of passengers planning to fly Air Comet to Peru, Ecuador, Cuba and Argentina protested at Madrid's Barajas Airport when the airline shut down suddenly after a British judge ordered its fleet of leased aircraft impounded amid a pile of unpaid bills. About 7,000 passengers were stranded.
