MEXICO: Calderon's Popularity Plummets 16%.

Only 52 per cent of Mexicans feel that President Felipe Calderón is doing a good job in office, a decline of 16% versus three months ago. One reason for the decline is a recent tax increase that raised the VAT 1% to 16%.
