Further cementing its close relationship with Cuba, Venezuela has signed a new $3.2 billion deal with Raul Castro's government. The new deal will give Venezuela a more participation in oil exploration in Cuban waters and obligate it to buy more than $400m of Venezuelan goods, including food, tires and clothes.
