COLOMBIA/VENEZUELA: Dominican President To Mediate Conflict.

The Dominican Republic's President Leonel Fernandez has agreed to mediate a dispute between the governments of Venezuela and Colombia. Fernandez accepted the request made by Colombia's Alvaro Uribe in Estoril, Portugal.
