BRASIL: Rudy Guiliani To Advise Rio On Olympic Security.

Brasilian officials announced they are hiring former NYC mayor Rudy Guiliani as long-term security advisor for Rio's 2016 Olympic Games. "He's going to help us in day-to-day security and, especially, with an eye toward ... the Olympic Games," said Rio Governor Sergio Cabral.
