Despite less revenue from privatization, insufficient preparation for the euro, and no simplification of business rules in its first two years in power, the right-of-center government under Prime Minister Donald Tusk seems ready to settle for less ambitious goals like increased road building, better Internet access, and preparation for the 2012 European soccer championship.
