A third woman, a former religious activist, has officially filed a paternity claim against Paraguay's Roman Catholic bishop-turned-president Fernando Lugo. Hortensia Damiana Moran, 40, worked on President Fernando Lugo's election campaign and last year unofficially claimed paternity for her 2-year-old son, Juan Pablo.
