ECUADOR: Correa's Popularity Sinks.

President Rafeal Correa's popularity has sunk from 73% three years ago to only the mid-40's now. Experts blame it on lower commodities prices, growing crime, electricity shortages and his link to Venezuela's Hugo Chavez.
