Geisy Arruda, the 20-year-old Sao Paulo college student who became a celebrity after being heckled by fellow students because of her short dress, said she will participate with samba groups in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. "It will be a dream come true for me," Arruda said. "Sometimes, good things come from bad things."
