TACA And Avianca Airlines... To Merge.

Colombia's Avianca and El Salvador's Taca will merge but will maintain separate identities and operations.
The airlines total 130 planes and 13,000 employees.
Their combined routes cover about 100 destinations in the Americas and Europe.
