Fidel Castro's New Threads May Signal A New Attitude.

Lately, Fidel Castro has been pictured in clothes decribed as "tropical business casual." Cuba analysts say perhaps Castro is showing that he's over his health crisis and ready to influence Cuba affairs.
``He is the most aggressive back-seat driver in the world . . . and could grab the wheel at any time'', said Dan Erikson, a Cuba expert.
