Brasil Ranks #4 In Global Optimism.

According to a recent survey by Nielsen, Brasil ranked 4th for optimism among the world's economies in the second quarter of 2009.
Nielsen ranks Indonesia first, followed by India, the Philippines and Brasil. Next came Australia, China and the Emirates. The top-10 list ends with Canada, New Zealand, and Singapore.
