Chavez Threatens Commercial/Economic Break With Colombia.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has frozen diplomatic relations with Colombia while threatening Colombian companies in Venezuela with expropriation and vowing to break commercial ties if "new aggesssion" occurs.
